Dr. Ye Hui

Ye Hui holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. Before joining NTU, he served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Illinois at Chicago. His research focuses on developing functional foods for specific gender and age needs, exploring the role of food chemicals in energy homeostasis and their structural activity relationships. His goal is to design foods with specific functional components to promote health.
